Friction stir welding (FSW) is employed for of aluminium metal matrix composite (MMC) reinforced with zirconium dioxide and Graphite as the reinforcing element. Stir casting used mixing MMC The specimens are fabricated in form rectangular plates then welded using FSW process. process parameters considered this work are; tool rotational speed, speed axial load. tensile strength hardness weld nugget investigated response surface methodology. ANOVA analysis optimizer to evaluate optimum results validated.
